Jugendkantorei der Dommusik

The Jugendkantorei am Eichstätter Dom (Youth Choir of the Cathedral) was established for young people from Eichstätt and the surrounding region who wish to sing at the highest level. Director Manfred Faig, who has been leading music at the cathedral since 2020, places special emphasis on exploring a broad repertoire of different styles. The choir regularly travels for performances, including to international festivals, most recently in Florence and Rome. Rehearsals take place every Tuesday and Friday from 17:00 to 18:30 at the church music building (Haus der Kirchenmusik) in Eichstätt. In addition, all choir members regularly receive professional, individual voice training.
